Follow this step-by-step guide to complete your application successfully.

Step One

Account Creation

    Go to https://bgnu.edu.pk/ and click Admission.

    Go to https://bgnu.edu.pk/admissions/2023/, select your program and click Apply Online.

    If you are a new user, create a new account. Click Create Account and provide the following information:
    • i Full Name
    • ii Email Address — this will be your username for future login
    • iii Mobile Number — please provide a valid number
    • iv CNIC without dashes (e.g. 3620211111110)
    • v Password and confirm password
    • vi Check the terms and conditions option
    • vii Click Register
  • d
    Applicants are advised to use their own email addresses to create an account. Avoid creating multiple accounts.

Step Two

Personal Information, Address, Disability & Academic Qualifications

    Provide personal information to proceed further.
  • b
    Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • c
    On the blood group field, select N/A if you don't know your blood group.
  • d
    Provide accurate and correct information. After completing this page, click Save then Next.
  • e–g
    Provide postal/permanent address and disability details (if any). Press Save and Next after each section.
  • h
    If applying for BS (4 years), provide the required information of your academic qualifications first.
  • i
    Students with complete results of FA/FSc/DAE/I.Com/D.Com/ICS or equivalent should enter their full result (Obtained marks & Total marks).
  • j
    The provided information must match your transcripts, degrees, or diplomas.
  • k
    To make any changes in academic information at this stage, you must first remove that qualification and add it again with correct information.

Step Three

Admission Application Submission

    Select your University.
  • ii
    Select your desired program (Regular / Self-supporting / Replica).
  • iii
    Select the merit quota.
  • iv
    Select the program you want to apply for. If you are not eligible, the system will not accept your application.
  • v
    You can repeat these steps to apply for more programs.
Once you have applied for even a single program, you cannot remove your academic qualification data. However, you can still change personal information, address, disability details, and other information as allowed by the system.

Step Four

Print Challan and Form

    Go to My Applications, click Print Challan, and download the challan. Take a printout and deposit the challan fee at any branch of The Bank of Punjab (BOP).
  • b
    Submit a separate online application form for each application.
Fee must be deposited at The Bank of Punjab (BOP) only. Keep the deposit slip safe — it may be required during document verification.

Step Five

Make Changes to Academic Qualification After Applying

    Click the Apply Here menu.
  • b
    Choose the Program Level and click Next.
  • c
    From the list, click the Edit button under the Action menu to edit the academic qualification.
  • d
    Make the necessary corrections and click Update Qualification.
