Established under HEC quality assurance directions, BGNU's QEC promotes academic excellence through evidence-based evaluation, quality benchmarks, and institutional development.
Baba Guru Nanak University established the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) on 1st August 2024 in line with Higher Education Commission (HEC) directions. The QEC leads quality assurance across academic and administrative domains by encouraging a culture of planning, assessment, and continual improvement.
Our work emphasizes program relevance, curriculum quality, teaching standards, learning outcomes, faculty development, and supportive infrastructure. Through systematic reviews and stakeholder engagement, QEC helps ensure BGNU remains aligned with national standards and global higher education expectations.
With strong focus on research, critical thinking, and practical learning environments, QEC contributes to producing graduates prepared to thrive and lead in a rapidly evolving world.
